We are looking for someone to join our international team as Project Support Officer. This is a part time role based in the Philippines and can performed from a home office - with the potential to go full time in the future. Reliable internet connection is vital for performing this role.
You must be available to perform these tasks weekly (Mon-Fri) preferably during Australian working hours as part of an ongoing engagement and you will be an engaged and committed member of our virtual team.
Regular weekly activities including but not limited to:
- Manipulation of data in excel
- Formatting of reports using MS Word Styles
- Preparation of templates for project teams
- Finalisation of client ready final documents (high quality)
- Assist with regular project activities
- Procedure development
- Process improvement and form development
The candidate MUST be able to learn new software and skills quickly and efficiently.
You will be liaising directly with our clients and will therefore need to demonstrate excellent WRITTEN ENGLISH skills.
A key advantage for this role will be somebody who can turn a either a video, a voice recording or a photo of hand drawn notes/diagrams etc and turn it into a well branded and formatted document. Past experience doing this kind of thing is key.
