Those who will qualify must have a
good mix of problem solving, passion and patience. We classify these characteristics by
raw (technical) skills, soft (business/communication) skills and experience. Those with billable skills
move immediately to billable work with rates between $10-17 (we are not able to pay to educate above rates that are considered billable)
After performing this hiring process, many people apply without the skills to perform even the basic python systems skills. And also apply not understanding this is an education process coupled with real work skills. Apply only when or if you know what its like to work in a team and company.
We have a real world daily schedules, due dates and responsibility.
Engagement model:
a) You can be billable is you can perform tasks under a normal working process. You can estimate work, set deadlines and hit them.
b) You are not an intern when you can perform Python systems design, deploy web services, read scopes and ask questions. You are reliable, communicate and contribute.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Python experience
- Pipelines (MongoDB, MySQL)
- APIs (Using APIs in operations)
- Writing interfaces (Flask)
- Queuing (adding job queues)
Data Processing
- Pandas, NumPy
- Data Frames and in memory
Various Techniques
- Correlation
- Probability
- Matching Logic
- NLP (Glove)
- Bayesian Networks
Candidates will be shortlisted based on a mixed set of the listed skills.
Persons available to overlap in the education sessions in PST PM will have additional weight added to shortlisting
Persons capable now of GAN, Re-Enforcement Learning, Recommendation Models and similar will also retrieve additional weight.
** Computer Vision is not a focus of ours at this time.
Process:
If shortlisted we will provide you a form to fill in. Once filled in, You would have a chance
to demo or show off a specific listed project or skill you have. If you have no projects
to show off we can help explain one.
