Required Accounting,Intuit QuickBooks,Spanish freelancer for Quickbooks Consultant job

I have doubts regarding the sales charges that was already recorded by my accountant in QB.

We sell on Amazon.com and we have already had some payments (bi-monthly). The accountant already registered those payments in the accounting, but we the company have never charged the sales of the products associated with those payments and I do not want to duplicate the amounts that are already reflected in the bank with invoices for those products.

I need to load those sales to track my inventory, but the payments already exist in the bank and were accounted for and I do not want to duplicate amounts.
