Required Report Writing freelancer for QuickBooks report job

I need an experienced QB user to write me a QB report that has both Sales Order and Invoice (paid/unpaid) information on the same report. We are a small manufacturing company in CA and delivery accuracy to the promised date is critical. We book a Sales Order and when we book it we also record a 'Promise Date' in an open date field. When the product has been manufactured (each is custom, not inventoried) and ready to go on a truck for that days local delivery, we print the invoice (and packing slip) on that day. Unfortunately, QB automatically changes the Promise date to the invoice date and we loose the ability to track our promise date and actual date.

We consider this an ongoing project as we intend to build out the report (packet) with more functionality as we mature.
