Description of Project:
Looking for someone who has BOTH mechanical and software skills to build a battery operated CB that can input an analog audio signal, mix it with a digital algorithm sent wirelessly to the CB (from a phone or tablet), then output that processed signal in analog form from the CB.
Familiarity with Raspberry Pi boards a big plus as this will cut down on both time and cost for both parties.
The platform for the wireless device is preferably IOS, but Android is acceptable.
This is for a prototype of an invention, but I still would like it to be as small as possible, so please take that in mind if you plan on stacking RAS-Pi boards to add the features mentioned.
Experience with wireless/bluetooth networking, as well as USB battery powered circuits necessary, as well as familiarity-or at least the ability to learn AD/DA conversion (of an audio signal).
Again, the person would need to be able to build the CB as well as do the software programming.
Detailed description of experience needed:
We're looking for someone who has experience not only designing circuit boards, but can build them as well. In addition, we need someone who is familiar with programming languages such as Linux, Python, C, C++, Ruby.
Timeframe:
Timeframe for the completed project is mid-next month.
I will discuss more details as well as pay if the above requirements are met.
It is both an exciting and innovative product.
