Required GitHub,javascript,sql,User Authentication,Web Design freelancer for React developer to add authentication, roles, SQL job

A basic React app has been started and is running on Heroku with a GitHub repository. The site will need to show data and allow profile customization based on the logged in user's role.

Please provide your proposal with any milestones for getting these steps completed. The site will grow, and seeing your ability to estimate enhancements will assist with future tasks. Do not send a copy paste generic proposal over.

We are looking for these features to start:
Registration and login (a third party like oauth is acceptable)
Routes based on user role to dashboards
SQL database to store data
Documentation and communication are key
