To clarify, we are looking for a strong React Engineer with testing, components, API stitching experience e.t.c We use a React and Redux stack, including Typescript and Jest for unit tests and are completely dockerized continuous deployments.
For better estimation and delivery, this project will be divided into milestones and user stories for the engineer to work on and deliver in a bite size delivery and to reduce errors. To manage this process, we use JIRA. You will receive specifications and designs to allow you to deliver. We expect unit testing, integration testing and end to end testing using JEST, Cypress, Selenium, React testing libraries or any other combination of choices.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge with design to front end hand over
- 3+ years working with React, Redux, JavaScript, NPM and or storybook
- Strong hands on development experience with ES6 and current JS frameworks like React
- Advanced level knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
- Experience with CSS and CSS preprocessors (e.g. Sass, Less)
- Experience with Scrum and Agile development tools
- Experience with designing/consuming Rest Web Services/RESTful APIs and JSON-based API's.
- Able to produce JavaScript unit tests and ensure front-end code quality
- Experience working with Git, NPM, TDD, CI frameworks, Mocha, Grunt, Node.js, responsive design
- Real passion for creating aesthetically pleasing, high performing, best-in-class user experiences
- Validated working experience as a front-end / UI developer with extensive hands on experience in mobile and web
- Experience with Google Cloud, AWS or other Cloud Service provider
- Exceptional cross-functional team collaboration skills and comfortability operating in an agile, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a team.
