Required Corporate Law,Legal Consulting freelancer for Reading and checking legal bank document (Deeds) from a bank in the United Kingdom job

Hello,


We are looking for a UK based legal advisor (other candidates will not be accepted) in regards to establishing a performance guarantee. We are a Danish company that have secured 2 projects in Bangladesh and now need to establish a guarantee for each of these projects. This is only possible for us to do through Sonali Bank's branch in the UK. We have received the attached Deeds from the bank but it is a rather complicated text which we would like a legal advisor to help us with latest by monday morning.
