I am a real estate agent and I am looking for someone to answer phone calls as they come in. Refer clients who want to buy a house to lenders.

Follow up with the client and the lender.

Call sellers to confirm set appointments for me to go to there house.

Call sellers daily/weekly who's houses I am selling to provide feedback

Input feedback for appointments.

Keep track of everything with trackers

Call buyers weekly to check in

Schedule appointments for me. Keep me on task.

Various admin task

Help with templates and checklist

Must be familiar with google chrome,sheets,classroom, docs,PowerPoint, dotloop

Must take initiative to get task complete.

Must be excellent in customer service.

Must have google voice

Must have previous administrative assistant experience

Must have common sense

Take messages

Must have google voice

Email handling
Responding to online and phone inquiries
$5/hr
