We are an online taxi company, we have four mobile applications: Android driver app, Android passenger app, iOS driver app and iOS passenger app.
We are looking for a backend developer who is experienced in server side system and can work on rebuilding the current API of our iOS apps both for driver and passenger.
The API is already built and almost do the required functions but it has to be rebuild with the following demands in mind:
1 - Enhance security for API which may require editing the app code with token passing technique
2 - Improve performance make it more stable
3 - The new API must be compatible with the current app code functions
all should be recreate with a clean code and an approperate framework in order to make backend services works stably.
there is a chance if you succeed to work on rebuilding the the API of Android.
Notes:
- we use PHP and Apache server as backend with MySQL
- iOS apps coded with Swift version 4 Xcode 10.1
- pubnub notification service
- Twilio messaging service
Conditions:
- A daily report is required detailed with each issue and the action took against it.
- full documentation for the new API
- Detailed invoice after testing and completing the task.
