In this position, there will be collaboration alongside Nadav, Founder and Chief Lifestylist, and Eloivene, Director of Operations, and Tina, Operations Coordinator to build out the company to the next level. Our products are transformational in helping clients feel good and surpass their goals, as is evident from the testimonials you can read on our website.
Our rapidly growing company is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us fill our open positions across multiple disparate projects with qualified, personable, and self-motivated candidates.
Recruiter responsibilities include defining hiring criteria, sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn and other specialized hiring venues, meticulously documenting applicant submissions and reaching out to prospects via email or phone. To be successful in this role, you must have impeccable communication skills (with verbal and written English at NO LESS than a 9 out of 10!) to interact with candidates and internal teams. You should also be familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques, like networking and searching for potential hires through resume databases. You will need to be both fast and fastidious in your organization of information. You will need to thoroughly understand the essence of each role in order to effectively vet candidates, so it will be important to ask the right questions and internalize direction and feedback.
Ultimately, you will place qualified candidates in a timely manner and build talent pipelines for our future hiring needs.

1. Effective coordination with management to define necessary requirements for open roles.
Successful completion of the recruiting process and presentation of approved candidates to management
2. Successfully hiring of long-term, culture-fitting rock stars to the team
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
- Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
- Advertise open positions to external networks
- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
- Maintain organized databases with candidates' data (e.g. in our Applicant Spreadsheet)
- Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Measure the source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
- Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
Requirements
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good decision-making skills
