Am looking for a recruitment portal where
1. Candidates can upload their CVs under specific categories and based on some other filter criteria
2. They should be able to accept some Terms & conditions before uploading. They should have a unique ID created against them or email may be considered as Unique ID.
3. Recruiters should be able to browse through site and sort/filter desirable CV based on some filter /classification. Once the individual CVs are selected, recruiter can download selected CV.
Recruiter should have
1. Option to register as recruiter and make payment to get credits, which is valid for some months. The pricing can be per CV download or a pack of 20 , 50, 100 CVs for X number of days from day of first download or date of payment.
2. Option to pay through a payment gateway.
3. Should be able to post jobs against which candidates can apply the job by submitting CVs and basic parameters.
That's the crux of project, remaining related validation, etc. to be share some samples to shortlisted candidate.
