Required Website Optimization,ASP.NET,Blog,CSS,Website Customization freelancer for Regular Core Asp.Net regular work for a small (7 page) custom website + setup new dotnetcore blog job

1. Site is built on ASP.Net core 3.1 & MySQL (although MySql work is very limited)
2. There will be continuous changes, integration needs (CRM integration, etc) and addition on the website, which needs to be done
3. The freelancer should have knowledge of Jira to see the requests and develop
4. Should be able to use bitbucket which hosts our git repository to work with
5. Expectation is to develop clean code with high levels of code quality and comments
6. Code will be reviewed and then merged into our branches
7. Expectation is to also log fair hours behind each feature request
8. A major requirement is to setup blog on the website - can utilise any existing dotnetcore blog framework
