We are looking for a candidate with financial services regulatory and compliance experience to support our agricultural lending and investment business. Steward is an online investment platform that allow users to invest in loans made to small scale sustainable farms.
We need assistance with regulatory compliance, in particular:
- KYC/AML for investors (individuals and entities)
- Entity and beneficial owner verification (US and foreign)
- Background checks, bad actor checks, and ongoing compliance for borrowers/issuers
- Financial services licenses, including pending application for USVI International Financial Entity
We're looking for someone who can be an integral part of our team to design and implement the compliance guidelines and improve the processes over time. The candidate would work with our existing legal, compliance, technology, and operations teams.
