I have a website leanshelf.com. We need to revamp couple of features in the site:
1. Whole GUI revamp : The site will look like
https://www.scribd.com/.
2. There will be new security option be added in the site during user or partner login.
3. The book reader will be look like glose.com book reader.
Please share me individual man hour it will take to implement and how much will be expected budget? Please send me in little break up wise.
Please analyse the project first and then bid it with input of bid amount, time line.

3. the Developer must have strong experience in YII Framework.
