We need someone to manage the customer service requests coming through our start-ups website. They'll be using chat (Intercom experience is a plus), answer phone calls and emails. Nonprofit knowledge and resourcing knowledge are also a plus. This job will start in October and will last several months depending on the quality of work, which could potentially scale into a larger role in the company as we're a startup and growth opportunities to eventually lead our customer service team is possible.
