I am looking to create a simple Chrome plugin that allows me to bookmark the url the current viewed webpage to a MySQL database hosted on EC2.

Requirements:
1. On Button Single-Click show login/settings
A. Login ID
B. 2 Checkboxes for settings
2. On Button Double-click save data (user_id, url, timestamp, setting1, setting2) to a MySQL Database.
