Hello,
I am looking for a attorney, who can looking into Las Angles, CA local and state law regarding billboards
We are planning on building a billboard inside a office building on the first floor that have
clear plane glass our digital billboards will be inside the building poitined outwards towards
the street. by doing this do we still need to get any permits or license in that area.
what we found was as long as its not on the outside of the building or a freestanding structer
it does not look like we need a permit or any license I want make sure that we understand all the laws
correctly
also want we are planning on doing is since we will be renting a office in that same building
local law and state laws allowe us to display our advistiment on the building. also we are planning
on using this same law to get our clients to use our system. meaning we will be having them sign
a small 4 week sublease to use our office and our digital billboard system to put up their ad
I need to know if all this is possible as their is a loop hole in the law that allows us to do this
without getting us fined.
Thanks
