- This is a people management profile, so we need researchers who have worked in HR, executive search and related industries.
- we do not encourage academic or market researchers to apply. The need is to have a passion for people and performance and the spirit to close an executive search and ensure the right candidate is placed in the right job/position.
- we work only with select clients and on very senior positions - CXOs, Directors and Boards.
- remuneration will be on basic + commission/incentive plan
- we will discuss service fees with the right service provider, the mention of budget here is merely indicative.
