Required REST,Restful API,Rust freelancer for Restful API written in Rust job

Api will directly pass etcd commands to etcd and will return response.
we will need restful API written in Rust. will work in ssl mode and accept client certificate and write to etcd cluster OS platform: Redhat 7 basically restfull web server written i n Rust language this explains in general what restful api is i need st like this written in Rust language target platform is Linux specifically Redhat
