Review Foundation Plan and offer valuable, value-added services ONLY adding value input meaning moving this project to completion by making any relevant corrections! Seeking Talented Freelancer who can Review and/or correct Foundation Notes with the calculation of the correct length of the Foundation Pier required by Code. This is NOT a data entry project where the freelancer should expect some else to hand feed them ANY Information about the Foundation Plan. A person who actually has an educational background and understanding of (structural) engineering for the Pier and Beam foundations not simply the student version of AutoCAD with no idea how the numbers come about. In summary, the deliverables are FINAL Foundation Plan with accurate Foundation Notes specifically detailing the length each of Foundation Pier in Pier and Beam Foundation with its continuous footing in support of the new 2d/3d Floors specified on the Foundation Plan sent directly to print shop without exception.
