Required 3D Modeling,Architecture,AutoCAD,Autodesk Revit,Structural Engineering freelancer for Revit/BIM expert for modeling a parking garage plus a structural model for two high rise buildings job

We are looking for an experienced engineer with both architectural and structural engineering skills, who is already deeply into BIM workflows within an closed BIM project, done in Autodesk Revit. We as a company are only at the beginning of BIM Implementation within our company, we are looking for someone, who can fill the lacks of know how concerning BIM workflows and understanding.. We are looking for an BIM enthusiast, who knows also the way conventional (not BIM) planned projects and their workflows work. We need high qualificatiosn in detail knowldege of architecture and structural engineering. We ar not looking for Revit experts, who have no idea of the planning quality.
