This position is for a rockstar assistant that loves systems and making sure projects are completed ON TIME. (Must be very fluent in English language but writing and speaking)
- Leading / Helping craft a follow up 'system' for new speaking engagements and following up with prospects and past clients (including emails)
- Managing tasks & deadlines for projects entirely (major releases, photos/video releases on social media, social media planning, email marketing/newletters, articles, funnel changes, podcast releases)
- Helping to prospect and managing my calendar for speaking collaborations (Podcasts, FB lives, live events)
- Helping to manage all communication pieces (FB community, Email, Social media)
- Managing ROI's and efficiency on spending expenses (FB Ads, Videos, Artlcies, etc.)
Having experience in internet marketing/content management is a huge plus!
This is a part-time job to start but after the evaluation period will be a full-time position.
