Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for RoHS Compliance Engineer job

Looking for an experienced RoHS Engineer that can:
- Take our Product BOMs and put them together into one place/list(s)
- Go through all the parts (down to PCB component level) and check that the manufacturer and their part number is defined
- Get all the spec sheets for all the parts and put them into a library (by part number) - this should be at least the manufacturer's spec sheet but may also be the MSDS, RoHS certificate, conflict minerals declaration etc..
- For each part check that we have a declaration from the vendor (of some description) that the parts are RoHS and REACH compliant.
o Document all this in a presentable manner
