Required Affiliate Marketing,Internet Marketing,Marketing Strategy,Romanian,Sales freelancer for Romanian Digital Marketing Specialist / Affiliate job

I am running an international digital marketing agency and I want to approach the romanian market. I am mainly interested in finding romanian webportals where I can place banners and do advertising / affiliate projects.

What kind of experiences are expected?
- strong knowledge about the romanian online marketing
- personal connections to website owners who would be intersted in advertising options
- if possible goood relationships to romanian affiliate networks
- good english skills

Although this first project is placed as a one-time-project, I am looking for a longterm relationship.
