Required Ruby on Rails,ReactJS,HTML5,javascript,CSS freelancer for Ruby on Rails expert required for crypto exchange job

Looking for a Ruby on Rails dev with a strong background in service oriented architecture for a cryptocurrency assets exchange. You will be working with a frontend team and two other Rails devs for this project.

Site overview:

1) Site to have 2 layers: Front facing site and Exchange on subdomain
2) End to end encryption & database level encryption
3) Extendible to multiple asset classes
4) REST api for mobile and documentation
5) KYC procedures and AML alerts
6) Payment Gateway integration

Experience with PCI compliance preferred.
