Required AWS,Python freelancer for Running scikit-image with Python in Amazon Lambda job

I have a program that will process an image in python as a Lambda on AWS. It uses the scikit-image and opencv packages.

My problem is that these packages add up to more than 50 MB when compressed, which is the limit for a Lambda upload. Many people have written articles on the internet about how to work around this limit, by loading the code at runtime in the Lambda. This additional code could be stored in S3.

So I need a simple "hello world" Python lambda, which includes these packages:

mysqlclient==1.3.12
opencv-python==3.3.0.10
pylint==1.7.4
scikit-image==0.13.1

I want this job to deliver to me a zip file that I can upload and run as a python 3.6 Lambda, plus a zip file of the run-time loaded libraries. I expect you to use your own AWS account to develop the program.
