Required Sage 50 Accounting freelancer for Sage 50 for Windows Consulting - Importing AP Purchase Journal for a Supplier's (Vendor's) Invoice. job

I need to import AP Purchase Journals into Sage 50 for Windows for invoices I receive from suppliers (vendors). I need consulting to show me how to properly format a spreadsheet file so that Sage 50 can successfully import it as an AP Purchase Journal (an AP Invoice).

Deliverables include:
1. Provide an Excel template that include the correct fields in the proper sequence that I can use to create an AP Purchase Journal Import File.
2. For each field specify the data requirements including data type, data format, and if applicable, the associated Sage 50 object the field is associated.
3. One-hour of consulting provided via a Cisco WebEx meeting (I will provide the WebEx), where we can test importing an AP Purchase Journal Import File.
