Online hotel management software based in Krakow, Poland.
We are looking for a young man or woman up to 35 years old to help us promote and support our products allover the world.
The primary tasks will be:
- to support by phone and by email customers' requests
- to present the system through Skype and other platforms to potential customers
- to prepare quotations adapted to the customer's needs
- to follow-up on various leads or up-sell on existing customers
Essential skills:
- Very good communication skills.
- Speak fluently or natively ALL of the following languages: GREEK, ENGLISH and SPANISH
- Knowledge of word/excel and other productivity software, email etiquette.
- Ability to learn fast.
- Hard working/ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
- Location in Europe (timezone issue)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in sales or customer support
- Experience in tourism/on-line platforms (PMS, channel managers, OTAs) - if you have worked in a hotel front desk or reservations department, these systems should be familiar to you.
Work will be home based. However:
- you need to have a stable internet connection
- you need to work in a quiet environment
- you need to have headsets
This is your chance to gain experience in the tourism/IT sector and communicate with people from allover the work and different cultures.
We will start with 10-20 hours/week and if we are happy with your performance, we will increase that to full-time job, so whatever your status, you need to be able to fully commit in the near future. That means we are looking anywhere between 40-160 hours per month.
We will provide training and the necessary tools to work. We cover phone (VoIP) expenses.
