Overview:
Manage the Salesforce production, including configuration, testing new software releases, implementing changes to views, profiles, workflows, and security settings, developing and testing reports, and managing user accounts
Collaborate with key representatives from company leadership, Sales, IT and operations across Unified markets affiliates to support, document and improve processes as it relates to the optimization of Salesforce
Interface with Salesforce support and development teams to add new features, enhancements, and maintain the existing SF environment
Good systems analysis and problem-solving skill.
Daily Duties:
Implementation of business solutions, reporting, and workflows with Service, Community and Sales products
Thought leadership in best practice and use of Salesforce tools and services
Data management and reporting
Work with engineers and developers translating Salesforce integration points
Supports Salesforce APIs and data exchanges with Salesforce from other third-party applications
Managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, processes, and flows
Configure and modify 3rd party application integrations
Handle on going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com
Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed
Assist sales management to create processes in salesforce to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads
Create new processes and associated reporting
Qualifications:
3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar role
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Advanced experience working with Salesforce Community, Sales and Service Cloud products
Ability to analyze and deconstruct work processes into discrete functional units
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
