Looking for senior salesforce architect to help us integrate our Salesforce with Outlook to achieve the requirements below.
We want to use our salesforce sales cloud to execute email-campaign, through this eMail campaign, we want to implement the requirements below:
1. Should be able to design email templates in Salesforce;
2. Should be able to send email to targeted contacts, either from outlook, or from Salesforce;
3. After email was sent, the history log to the corresponding contact automatically;
4. System should be able to indicate the status of the email: not delivered(such as wrong email address), replied;
5. Contacts who received the email can forward to their friends, and if their friends replied based on the previous email, after system received the feedback, the 1st contact should be indicated as a referrer;
Please let us know you're qualified to complete this project. We need to complete this project ASAP.
