The Kadence Collective is seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Consultant I. The Salesforce CPQ Consultant I will be working hands-on with Salesforce and related cloud technologies. They will share implementation best practices with more junior consultants and partner with Business Analysts and Developers to complete major project milestones and ensure users get the most out of Salesforce.
A Day in the Life:
Scoping and estimating new work, while facilitating requirement development sessions in order to gain an understanding of the customer's current state.
Work with the delivery team to identify gaps and develop technical solutions while incorporating CPQ best practices.
Elevate the client experience as being a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams, and business teams during the implementation phase.
Execute rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
Implementing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud (reports, dashboards, objects, fields, workflow, etc.)
Deploying changes to sandbox/production environments
Leading and delegating tasks to junior consultants
Performing client project demos of functionality developed
Data migration, data entry, data cleansing
Installing and configuring AppExchange applications
Solving customer business needs and challenges, quote-to-cash processes and becoming a CPQ expert
All other duties as needed and/or directed.
What You'll Need:
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and the Force platform
3-5 years of experience working within the CPQ platform, implementing and configuring Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
3-5 years of hands-on SaaS experience (IT delivery)
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality and the ability to clearly communicate its capabilities and limitations to customers. Must be comfortable building and demonstrating Salesforce CPQ prototypes in Salesforce.
Experience and understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service skills
Must be ethical, honest, trustworthy and respectful
Must be independent and self-motivated
Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator certification is required
Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is required.
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator; Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
