Required software development,Website Development freelancer for Salesforce Developer who will be a hands-on part of the team for the development job

You will be a hands-on part of the team for the development and/or testing of the company's CRM and integrated systems; including requirements analysis, security, best practices; concept development and design; implementation; testing and demonstrate flexibility of role as required.

You will also ensure that the quality of all deliveries made by the team meets the defined criteria through peer reviews, mentoring and assisting Junior colleagues improve and engage with business stakeholders to enable the team to effectively deliver products and updates that meet customer requirements and expectations.

You will stand in for the team Lead/Scrum master when required.

You will be working closely across a broad range of IT teams in a complex matrixed environment
