We are handle support cases and document our products. Since Salesforce is shutting down the service in about a year, we need to migrate to Salesforce Service Cloud.
We are looking for an extremely reliable and sharp Salesforce administrator who is experienced with setting up new clients on Service Cloud to help us plan and execute the migration.
Due to legal restrictions, we (probably) can not give you direct access to our Desk or Salesforce instances. Your primary tasks will therefore be to
- consult our team members primarily via email / chat / video / screenshare sessions
- help us create a migration roadmap
- help us execute the migration
- help us configure and customize Service Cloud to our specific needs
- do research to find solutions for specific problems that may show up during our collaboration
- be available as our go-to expert who we can contact with specific questions or problems
The project scope depends primarily on your skills and experience - the more you can help us, the more we can delegate to you and the faster we can move. Time frames and schedules are negotiable, although we would like to complete the migration within the next 6 months. Depending on how things go, we might be interested in continuing the collaboration even after the migration is complete.
Your qualifications:
- You are a strong communicator with good command of the English language
- You live and breathe "Salesforce"
- You have at least 2 years experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud admin
- You have ideally previous experience with migrating customers to Service Cloud
- You are an open-minded, team-oriented personality
- You are reliable, have good discipline and self-management skills
