Required software development freelancer for Salesforce Team Lead job

Salesforce Experienced Technical lead
a. Strong Technical lead with 5-10+ years of developer experience in Salesforce environment: especially in a lightning environment.
b. Prefer someone with experience leading development teams or someone with Technical architecture experience. Not necessarily a full blown architect, but someone with this level of expertise
c. Must have Pardot and to a lesser extent, Marketing Cloud experience.
d. Looking to start this person ASAP
e. On site is preferred, but may consider some remote work in Los Angeles, CA
f. This person will take lead in a Pardot implementation for the companies Latin America team.
