Our company is looking for an automation solution for listing over 300 unique products on four different reselling platforms.
Our current inventory is 330 and we list around 150 unique products every month.
The platforms we list on include:
1. Tradesy - No APIs
2. Shopify / Google Shopping
3. eBay
4. Poshmark - No APIs
Tradesy and Poshmark do not have APIs available to the public. We have contacted them and they are not providing the APIs. This automation solution would have to take into consideration that APIs cannot be accessed for these two platforms.
Our current listing structure is that the owner of the company provides the main content for each unique listing and posts this content on Tradesy as the default listing. An assistant copies the content (photos and text) over to each other platform.
Our goal with this job posting is to automate the current work of the assistant.
I will share some screen shots of the listing template of the two platforms with shortlisted candidates. Please note that these templates change depending on the selections made in the template.
Notes on Poshmark:
1. Number of photos is limited to 8 and the number of photos recommended on Tradesy is 12
2. There is a title character limit for Poshmark
3. There is a description character limit on Poshmark that we typically go over and have to adjust text - primary focus would be the condition of the bag. We can negate the description unless the handbag is new with tags. If the handbag is new with tags, we want the description.
