I have a list of 1500 unique SKUs. Let's say we work with one SKU: ABC12345

I know that the manufacturer webpages follow a simple format where SKU is the full SKU, in this case ABC12345.

I want a script that will automatically go though each SKU by pulling from my list of SKUs, appending to the specific URL and then on that page, pull and download just one of the main images for the product, and name the file SKU.jpg.

So again, with SKU ABC12345 the script would see the SKU on the list, and automatically go through URL and then download the first image for the product and save it as ABC12345.jpg.
