We need a SDL Tridion DX Knowledge product expert to help analyze their knowledge solution with the following deliverables.
1) App / Solution walkthrough - provide 20, 30 or more screenshots of the app or solution including illustrations or examples of features that standout or have challenges or gaps
2) Top 10 to 15 overall product likes from your perspective
3) Top 10 to 15 overall product dislikes form your perspective
4) Top 5 reasons your clients or company bought the product
5) Top 5 things your clients or company complain about the vendor or product
6) Pricing details - provide one or more slides on pricing details, don't need pricing if on website, more interested in add-ons and unpublished pricing
7) Feature Comparison - a separate Excel Workbook with -75 to 100 important features to evaluate (no screenshots needed in Excel) with a checkmark when the feature is included, an x when the feature is not included, or a $ if there are additional fees for the feature. The next column should have more insights if the feature stands out as a differentiator or a feature that is of low value.
