Must be able to work Quickly and accomplish tasks same day if required. Need Someone who knows how to produce results quickly.
Also, you must know how to create a child-theme for every project that we work on and be able to work with the editor using cpannel and server-side for Wordpress. Both front-end and back-end developer. All sites we do must be completely responsive across all screen sizes.
Must know how to customize theme's and plug-ins to accomplish tasks. Stay on task and be professional. Must be able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. Need to be able to work from both fixed price and hourly based on task.

Also, this is a part-time leading into a full-time job depending on your skills and ability to do tasks quickly and logically. Sometimes PSD will be provided and sometimes we would like to see if you can manage putting together simple layouts for inner pages with our instructions.
