Required PHP freelancer for Seeking a full stack web & mobile development team including designer job

We are initiating a project which involves the following components:

1. A admin page. (web system)
2. B2B oriented system for our paying B2B customers to use this platform to upload coupons, deals etc. (web system)
3. A B2C mobile app which uses the data from admin and B2B feed to update the list of businesses and the deals they are offering.

Email, SMS notification would be required to communicate between the 3 systems and payment pathways from square or paypal are required for B2B system.
