- Uploading daily inventory file onto inventory management system
- Overseeing order fulfillment and resolving any occurring issues
- Processing returns by creating RMA ticket, tracking status of return and refunding payment when return is complete
- Answering phone calls and e-mails in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshooting basic technical problems for best selling products
COPY-WRITING/BLOGGING
- Researching product features and writing compelling product descriptions that drive and convert into sales
- Investigating information and creating value-added content per suggested blog postings
SEO
- Implementing backlinks strategy to help increase website authority
- Improving relevant keywords in webpages and product descriptions to optimize for SEO
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 Years experience working as Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Representative with experience answering phone calls and e-mails in a professional manner
- Professional Level English (Spoken, Written)
- Self-directed and ability to manage own time
- Writing value-added original content that is professional and compelling to read
- Optimizing SEO through improving relevant keywords in pages, descriptions and backlinks
- Comfortable using different CMS and Inventory Management systems
- Interest in technology, specifically Smart Home products
