CAD designer is required to complete an existing design development Revit model for construction drawings. We will provide, sketches, photos and marked up plans for construction.

2, General Floor plans
3, Dimensioned plans
4, Floor finishes
5, Wall finishes
6, Construction details ; blow ups of key areas such a toilets, booth seats, feature walls.
7, Shop front Elevations
8, Ceiling plans
9, ceiling details; ceiling transition, recesses, toughs, clove lighting etc
10, Design details; server counter, banquet seats, entrance doors, eating counters etc
11 Door Schedule.
12, FF&E codes on all General layouts
All sheets should be delivered in PDF and auto-cad files. Revit must be done in Revit 2017.
Please note this project has a tight timeline and requires dedication and not after hour work. If you fall behind our set milestones the job maybe terminated.
More information will be given base on drawing skills evaluation. We will only respond to candidates that give examples of their work showing relevant design detailing and drawings rookies need not apply as you will expected to annotate drawings extensively
