We are a facilities maintenance technology platform, and on occasion we have customers calling in about emergencies and they need help creating a ticket. We are seeking a couple of freelancers who are available to take these calls, create a ticket in our system, and potentially make follow up calls to contractors for updates.
Experience should align with customer service, operations and/or facilities maintenance management. Any call center experience is a plus.
