Required 3D Design,AutoCAD,Landscape Design,Architectural Design,Photoshop freelancer for Seeking landscape architect/engineer job

I am about to launch a new high end concrete retaining wall business. I am looking for a long term relationship with a landscaping architect/engineer. Architect will be paid per job, 2-3 designs are required per job. Architect must be able to draw different designs for the same job, as the customers would like to choose from multiple designs. This first job will be a trial. I would like to choose the proper architect for my company before actually launching my business.
