Required software development freelancer for Seeking someone to handle help desk calls as they come in for our clients job

Seeking a level 2 technical person to handle calls and resolve IT related issues as they come in. Person should speak fluent English and have a strong technical grasp of desktops, servers, with basic networking skills.

Familiar with Microsoft line of Operating Systems (Windows 8, 8.1, and 10).
Familiar with Microsoft server operating systems ( Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019)
Some knowledge of MAC OS.
Able to support VoIP phone systems as well (PortaOne switch) and work with level 3 support to resolve VoIP issues.

We are seeking an arrangement where we would pay per support call, with a one hour minimum. So if a client calls in and it takes 10 minutes to resolve the issue, you would still get paid for the hour.
