Looking for an experienced Zendesk professional to provide assistance and recommendations regarding utilizing Zendesk as a customer task request tool (with specific required fields). The custom forms will primarily relate to the following:
1) Project Creation Request - project creation will consist of approximately 10 required fields, varying from text fields, drop-down, multi-select fields and attachment upload.
1b) Project Edit Request - project edit request will consist of a single blob text field, and attachment upload. Would like to explore the possibility of linking a selectable project name to specific customers.
2) Child Object Creation Request - child object creation will consist of approximately 12 required fields varying from text fields, drop-down, multi-select fields and multi-attachment fields. Would like to explore the possibility of linking a selectable project name to specific customers.
2b) Child Object Edit Request - child object edit request will consist of a single blob text field, and multi-attachment upload.
