We need a senioraccountant who can use NetSuite and assist in all bookkeeping/accounting tasks. Will have to do data entry and also assist with responding to emails and may need to contact suppliers and customers by phone so you must have excellent communication skills with proficient English. There will be reports to work on in Excel and creating ad-hoc reports in NetSuite as directed.
This is an ongoing permanent role as a key member of our finance team. You will ideally be available for contact for at least 8 hours per day during Brisbane business hours (8a-5p).
You will also be involved with taxation matters and reporting including preparing tax returns, BAS and other tax responsibilities.
Please ensure you have advanced Excel skills and extensive NetSuite experience including working with Manufacturing/Inventory/AP/AR/Bank Recs/Payroll/Journals/Reporting.
