We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our Ecommerce company.
Please note: this is NOT a financial Analyst position. It is non-financial business analyst position.
Responsible to update data from various sources using excel and google sheets.
Accurately and in a timely manner update all reports that are assigned.
Prepare reports for all data analysis exercises and make sure all analytics department reports are updated on a timely basis in an accurate manner.
Collaborate with other departments to analyze various cost and improve profitability for the company.
Generate $15,000 a month of profit and/or savings by analyzing the business.
Responsibilities
Provides accurate and timely reporting information.
Researches and handles issues or daily inquiries on routine matters related to areas of responsibilities.
Acts as project manager to ensure changes to processes are made.
Analyze data from reports.
Spot trends, make suggestions to upper management of changes and lead projects.
Work with and support Junior Analyst, spot check work and make adjustments when needed.
Track KPIs and metrics across multiple departments, make suggestions for improvement.
Build dashboards and easy view reporting for various ad-hoc reports.
Maintain comprehensive dashboard, using specific system generated reports.
Provide accurate and immediate ratio analyses of several complex variables.
Supervises all reporting functions and ensure accuracy of all reports.
Update and analyze all reports weekly.
Track all company KPis and SMART goals each week.
Provide all departments with the weekly results of the Company KPIs and SMART goals.
Determine if any change has occurred in the forecast logic, update to improve the forecast revenues as needed.
Performance Factors:
Update Proforma Sheet Logic with an accuracy rate of 90%
Perform Analysis Exercise with 90% confidence interval
Ensure team is updating all reports with a 95% accuracy rate. (Subrerun, Rebill Rate, CB & Refund Trends, and Gross Revenue Reports)
Generate $15,000 a month in profit for the company.

Ability to work 40+ hours per week and during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Software Experience
Excel PowerPivot and Power BI (Expert) (MUST HAVE)
SQL experience (Nice to have - but not required)
Google Sheets Scripting (Expert)
