We're looking for an experienced customer service representative to take the lead in managing customer responses across our channels: email (Zendesk), Amazon, Facebook, and Etsy.

Successful applicants should have a strong customer service background and an excellent command of English. Success in multitasking and handling multiple support channels is a big plus; experience in improving existing customer service processes is even better.
