Required Bootstrap freelancer for Senior Meteor (and Node) Developer to join pair programming team job

Looking for an experienced javascript developer to join our team. Someone with at least 2 years experience working on meteor and experienced in writing automated unit/integration tests for meteor apps.

Other than javascript, meteor skills, we also expect you to be willing to learn Vim (since we use that for pair programming). Our team works together via remote pair programming almost 100% of the time, so there's a few additional things that are required to support that: reliable high-speed Internet connection, fluent English, Microphone, quiet work space, Not on Windows (or willing to figure out how to connect to our pairing server with minimal help since we're all on mac ;) ), willing to pair program (duh). Our team spans many time zones so the flexibility and reliability of your scheduling is also very important.
